From preserved fish products, especially anchovies and eels, the heritage of the picturesque area of the Po Delta, to ready-made gastronomic dishes prepared by experienced cooks: this is the strength of Mancin.

We are a family-run business that has been able to treasure traditions with the intention of improving them day by day. That is why we have chosen the best production technologies, initiating a process of development and evolution. We want to satisfy even the most demanding palate through quality products that offer high service.

Today, the company professionally run by Marco, Michele and Fabio employs more than 100 people and is annually able to process 1,600 tons/year of raw materials of the different fish species, distributing them quickly to the market.

The History

In 2015, the acquisition of the company M.Gi.B. took place: modern purification plant for mussels and clams, then distributed to the market daily. Hence our very fresh range called “Linea Frescovivo”

Today, Mancin is an important reference in both the production of preserved seafood products and the offer of gastronomic specialties for large-scale retail, restaurant and Horeca brands.
